The Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda School Board retained its leadership Tuesday night when Bob Dana and Stephen G. Brooks were unanimously voted president and vice president, respectively, during the board’s annual re-organizational meeting.

Dana, a retired Williamsville school teacher, and newcomer Todd Potter, a University at Buffalo Law School student, were sworn in Tuesday following their elections in May to the five member board.

In other matters Tuesday, Janet A. Gillmeister, assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction, announced she will retire at the end of the year and the board scheduled a public session for Aug. 6 to discuss the ongoing school consolidation study.
