FC Buffalo opened the first of two games on its Michigan weekend road trip with a 4-0 rout of Sparta FC at Hurley Field in Berkeley, Mich.

Ben Ramin scored twice to help Buffalo (7-1) win its fifth straight game. Brian Knapp and Asani Samuels also scored for the Wolves, whose win total is the franchise’s single-season record.

FC Buffalo, which is in second place in its division, faces Midwest Great Lakes Division leader Detroit City FC at 1 p.m. Sunday at Cass Tech High School.
