sup day: Standup Paddleboard Day will be celebrated at noon today on the east end of Canalside, near BFLO Harbor Kayak, when City of Light Fitness owner Jared Callahan gives a dry land and water demonstration of the water sport he introduced last month of the Buffalo waterfront.
