Airport security should treat people with respect

Last week I was traveling through Buffalo-Niagara international Airport. I was shocked at how a Transportation Security Administration agent treated an older gentleman. The agent was “barking out” to take everything out of your pockets. The older gent evidently forgot to remove his handkerchief from his back pocket. The TSA agent literally yelled “what don’t you understand about emptying your pockets?” The agent then looked at a female agent and they both rolled their eyes.

Where did this guy get off debasing and demeaning this older gentleman? If it were not for the traveling public this jerk wouldn’t have a job.

To say the least the TSA should receive training on how to interact with the public in a cordial and respectful way. This agent should be reprimanded for his repugnant and self-serving actions.
