LOCKPORT – A North Tonawanda man was arraigned Monday in Niagara County Court on an eight-count indictment accusing him of robbing a bicyclist and of twice selling cocaine to a police informant in North Tonawanda.

Gino A. Fascitelli, 42, of Allen Street, pleaded not guilty to two counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, third-degree robbery, intimidating a witness, fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny.

Assistant District Attorney Peter M. Wydysh said Fascitelli is accused of selling cocaine March 5 and 8, and of robbing a man of his bike and his wallet April 30. County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas ordered Fascitelli held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
