LOCKPORT – Mary Brennan-Taylor, a prominent Lockport resident whose mother died as a result of preventable medical errors, will talk on patient safety at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Dale Association, 33 Ontario St.

Brennan-Taylor, vice president of programs for the YWCA of Niagara, also is a Consumer Reports patient safety advocate who has spoken at numerous patient safety conferences, including several sponsored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
