LOCKPORT – A Buffalo man pleaded guilty Thursday in Niagara County Court to burglarizing a house in Niagara Falls last year, and he received the same sentence as his brother, who admitted to his involvement last month.

Emanuel L. Rogers, 31, of Maple Street, Buffalo, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary and was admitted to the judicial diversion program of court-supervised drug treatment by County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas.

On April 5, Malique L. Rogers, 37, of Cudaback Avenue, Niagara Falls, also pleaded guilty and was placed in judicial diversion. The men entered a vacant house on Fourth Street in the Falls on Nov. 28.
