A property manager on Friday admitted stealing nearly $30,000 in rent payments from two New York City property owners, using the stolen money to support her gambling habit, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.

Brenda J. Puccia, 54, of Ontario Street, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree scheme to defraud before Erie County Judge Thomas P. Franczyk.

Puccia owns ADI Property Services, hired by the two property owners to manage rental properties they own in Buffalo.

Puccia admitted stealing the money between March and July 2012, the District Attorney’s Office said.

Puccia faces up to four years in prison when sentenced on Aug. 7.
