LOCKPORT – A North Tonawanda business owner pleaded not guilty Friday in Niagara County Court to charges that he sexually abused a girl when she was between 11 and 13 years old.

Bradley K. McNamara, 39, of Division Street, is charged with second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, two counts of second-degree criminal sexual act, and single counts of attempted second-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.

He remains free on $30,000 bail.

The course of sexual conduct charge includes alleged acts between the spring of 2011 and July 16, 2012, Assistant District Attorney Robert A. Zucco said. The other sex acts allegedly occurred in September 2012 and this January.

When he was arrested in late January, McNamara was reported by police as the co-owner of Juicy Vapors, an electronic cigarette company.
