The city’s control board will offer its analysis of the proposed 2013-14 city budget when it meets at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the first-floor conference room of the Market Arcade, 617 Main St.

The Buffalo Fiscal Stability Authority’s governance committee will meet just beforehand, at noon, and the audit, finance and budget committee will meet at 12:30 p.m.

Also this week:

• The Common Council will hold its pre-meeting caucus at 2 p.m. Monday in Room 1417 of City Hall.

• The Council will meet in regular session at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Council Chambers. On the agenda is a seven-month moratorium on demolition permits for the Trico complex at Washington and Goodell streets.

Ellicott Council Member Darius G. Pridgen is proposing that the city not allow demolition at the site until after Dec. 31, allowing Preservation Buffalo Niagara time to find a capable developer for the site.

• The Preservation Board will meet at 3 p.m. Thursday in Room 901 of City Hall.
