A 17-year-old West Side resident who had been sought as a person of interest in a fatal stabbing last February was charged today with second-degree murder, police said.

Angel Lozada of Hudson Street was arrested and accused of killing Roberto Leon, 20, who was stabbed during an argument involving several men at about 11 p.m. Feb. 23 in the Riverside section of the city.

Leon managed to enter an apartment on 400 block of Tonawanda Street where he collapsed.

Homicide Detective Sgt. James Lonergan and Detectives Mario Pratts and Anthony Borrelli were credited with solving the case.
