SINCLAIRVILLE – Residents of the Cassadaga Valley School District on Tuesday overwhelmingly approved a $1.5 million water improvement project. The vote was 146-4.
The Board of Education wanted approval to acquire easements for properties and to implement a storm water management system on the campus, install and connect a new water line to replace the existing one and do site and drainage work to improve the water-delivery system.
The project plan was prepared with the assistance of Clark Patterson Lee. The district expects state aid will cover much of costs of the project.
