TOWN OF LOCKPORT – Complaints about cars driving on the lawn of a Dysinger Road apartment complex led to the discovery of a sizable underage drinking party Friday night.

Six teens and a 20-year-old were charged with underage possession of alcohol, and a 15-year-old girl was taken to Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport, for treatment of extreme intoxication, Niagara County sheriff’s deputies said. Police, who made a total of nine arrests, said several other partygoers jumped out a window to escape after they arrived at the scene about 11 p.m.

The occupant of the apartment, Glenn R. Papp, 20, was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child. Damian A. Mavrak, 21, of Johns Street, Lockport, was charged with obstructing governmental administration for trying to run from officers, deputies said.

Ostrowski, 20, of South Street; North Tonawanda residents Andrew Huffman, 17, of Wallace Street, Zack J. Mullins, 17, of Masters Street and Ashley S.
