An open house to gather public input on a revitalization plan for the Commodore Perry neighborhood in Buffalo will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. today in the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority’s Planning & Information Center, 400 South Park Ave.

The public is invited to offer input on the Neighborhood Retail Marketing Study & Commercial Revitalization Plan for the Perry Choice Neighborhood. The study is the work of the Housing Authority in partnership with Seneca Gaming Corp. and the Perry Choice Planning Initiative.

It is a blueprint for rebirth along the neighborhood’s primary commercial corridors of South Park Avenue and Perry Street, identifying businesses and services needed to serve the community and greater region.
