wellness store: Rite Aid will hold a grand opening of its Wellness Store from noon to 4 p.m. today at 798 Harlem Road, West Seneca. Nurses and pharmacists will be on hand to provide free services designed to help local residents keep their hearts healthy, including cholesterol and blood glucose testing; blood pressure readings; and information on the American Heart Association’s Life Check. BUllying prevention: The Gay, Lesbian and Straight Student Alliance of Niagara County Community College (NCCC) will sponsor a performance of “Bullying Is a Drag” at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the Arts & Media Theatre on the NCCC Sanborn campus. The performance is free and open to the public and will feature entertainment by a number of drag queen entertainers from Buffalo area clubs.
