Right-hander Deck McGuire allowed one unearned run and just one hit in four innings for Buffalo as the Bisons dropped a 2-0 decision to the Lehigh Valley IronPics Sunday in Dunedin, Fla. The Herd is 0-4-1 so far in its 16-game spring training schedule. First baseman Lars Anderson had two hits for the Bisons. Anderson was optioned to Buffalo from the major league camp after batting .357 (5 for 14) in eight exhibition games with the Tornotn Blue Jays. Anderson is a former Boston Red Sox prospect.
