LOCKPORT – Two Niagara Falls men were arraigned Thursday on separate but similar charges of selling the painkiller oxymorphone near their homes last fall.

Ruben Longoria, 57, of Pine Avenue, and Nino V. Casale, 30, of West Market Street, pleaded not guilty to two counts each of third-degree sale and possession of a controlled substance.

Longoria’s alleged drug deals occurred Nov. 2 and 16, while Casale’s allegedly took place Oct. 30 and Nov. 6.
