CENTURY MARK – There was a little something extra for Marie Lane when Meals on Wheels volunteers came to her home in Lancaster on Wednesday.

LUCKY NIGHT – The Parent Guild of Immaculata Academy, the Catholic college-prep high school for girls in Hamburg, hosts its annual Shamrock Sweepstakes from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday in Macedonia Hall, 4785 Lake Ave., Blasdell.

Tickets are $25 for the event only, which will have many other prize opportunities. The sweepstakes raffle features 45 cash prizes from $50 to $5,000.
