The request for a variance, by Melinda and Edward Bauerlein, will be heard by the board. The Bauerleins hope to raise chickens on their property at 72 Sunset Creek Drive, according to the ZBA agenda.
Included among other agenda items to be entertained by the ZBA will be separate variance requests for property setback reductions, a temporary structure in a parking lot, fences and alcohol beverage service.
