LOCKPORT – Two new downtown Lockport projects apparently will be applying for tax abatements at today’s meeting of the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency.

Appearing on the agenda is Geise Properties, the owner of Old City Hall on Pine Street, where the new Flight of Five Winery and Local Food Store is to open in May. Also on the agenda is Hydraulic Race Co., owner of the Lockport Cave, which is to construct a new ticket office and visitor center on Gooding Street.
