LOCKPORT – Kevin P. Fuller, 35, of Wheatfield Street, North Tonawanda, pleaded guilty in State Supreme Court Wednesday to a charge of selling cocaine to a police informant in that city Sept. 7.
Fuller admitted to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and was scheduled for sentencing April 10 by Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr., who could send him to prison for as long as 2½ years.
In another drug case before Kloch Wednesday, John White, 53, of 27th Street, Niagara Falls, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging him with two counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. The alleged drug deals last year in the Falls were caught on audio tape, Assistant District Attorney Peter M. Wydysh said.
Kloch also placed Chaz C. Balkum, 28, of Rochester, on five years’ probation on a reduced charge of attempted fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Balkum sold cocaine in the City of Lockport Dec. 15, 2011.
