A 10th Street Gang member pleaded guilty Tuesday before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to taking part in a narcotics conspiracy.

Benjamin Medina, 25, admitted selling marijuana and cocaine as part of a plea deal that could send him to federal prison for up to nearly six years.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph M. Tripi said Medina took part in the drug conspiracy over a six-year period in various locations on Buffalo’s West Side. He will be sentenced in May.
