Company Connections

Crunch Fitness will open its first upstate New York location in the Sheridan Center Plaza at Sheridan Drive and Sweet Home Road, Amherst. Ann Gross, an Amherst resident and the local franchisee, said she plans to have the location open in mid- to late April. Membership sales have begun. The 18,000-square-foot Crunch Fitness will occupy a former Crawford Furniture location and will be open seven days a week.
