ROUND AND ROUND – A bonus has been added for all campers attending Winter Break Camp next week at the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum, 180 Thompson St., North Tonawanda. All of them will be entered to win a family four-pack of tickets to “Sesame Street Live: Elmo Makes Music” March 6 to 10 in Shea’s Performing Arts Center. Campers get an extra entry in the drawing each day they attend, and all campers will get a $3-off coupon for the show.

Camp will be held Monday through Feb. 22 from 9 a.m. to noon for youngsters in kindergarten through second grade and 1 to 4 p.m. for third- to fifth-graders, with a different theme each day. There will be crafts, games, stories, supervised activities in the learning galleries and a carousel ride.

Parents are welcome to accompany their children. Maximum enrollment is 20 students per session. Registration and payment are needed by Friday. Fee is $10 per child per day, $45 for the week. The museum, which has been closed for the winter, also will open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Feb. 22 for people who want to take a mid-winter carousel ride. For info, call 693-1885.

WHISTLE-STOP – More than 350 vendors from all over the Northeast will take part in the 22nd annual Winter Train and Toy Show and Sale sponsored by the Western New York Railway Historical Society this weekend in the Event Center and Expo Hall at the Hamburg Fairgrounds.

On hand will be model trains and layouts, including more than half a dozen local clubs. There also will be a play zone for kids, featuring Thomas the Tank Engine, and a Fun City train ride. Admission is $7 for adults. Kids under 12 get in free. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

HAPPY TO HELP – Harzfest 2013, the first fundraising event for the Jim Harszlak Foundation, takes place from 3 to 10 p.m. Saturday in Tonawandas Post 264, American Legion, 60 Main St., City of Tonawanda, with food, raffles and lots of music, from deejay Craig Matthews of WYRK and WJYE, and live bands such as the Danny Sturner Band, 55 Main, The Stamplickers and NY2LA.

Tickets are $20 advance, $25 at the door. Proceeds provide scholarships and benefit local children, families and organizations in need because of financial and/ or medical conditions. LUNCH DATE – Weekly Lenten services and luncheons begin Wednesday in Baker United Methodist Church, Main and Center streets, East Aurora.
