Clearly, Gretchen Wilson is a workaholic. She spent a good chunk of 2012 touring with ZZ Top, spreading her Southern rock/modern country gospel on a trek dubbed “The Gang of Outlaws Tour.” Somehow, Wilson also managed to carve out enough time to record three new albums, too – the first of which will be released April 2, with the remaining two making their way into the digital universe by year’s end. This week, Wilson dropped her new single, “Still Rollin’,” a sturdy continuation of the rock-country aesthetic she’s embraced from the beginning of her career.
As if all of this wasn’t enough to keep her busy, Wilson and her band recently launched their own headlining tour. That tour includes a stop at 8 p.m. Saturday in the Seneca Events Center, Seneca Niagara Casino. Tickets start at $35 (box office, Ticketmaster). Visit www.seneca- niagaracasino.com.
