A Buffalo man was arrested on felony weapons and other charges early today after Erie County sheriff’s deputies said they, along with patrons at a Springville tavern, had to disarm the man of a knife.
Deputies were called to the Southtowner Bar on West Main Street just before 2 a.m. and arrived to find bar patrons pinning down Dylan J. Kelly, 26, according to sheriff’s officials.
Deputies said they disarmed Kelly when they arrived.
Kelley is accused of pulling a knife after he was kicked out of the bar, deputies reported.
He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal trespassing, menacing, harassment, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana.
