Tyrone Stanley, no age listed, of West Delavan Avenue, was arrested on reckless endangerment and harassment charges Sunday, hours after he allegedly tailgated and frightened a Congress Street woman driver and her passenger by following her up and down city streets, Buffalo police said.

The woman told officers that at one point during the midday incident, Stanley made a gesture with his fingers like he was shooting at her.

The woman told officers he began pulling up close behind her car after accelerating and almost slamming into the rear bumper of her vehicle “multiple times” until she managed to get away from him.
