An Erie, Pa., woman was charged with driving while intoxicated in the Town of Ellery Monday night after State Police were called about someone making too much noise on Greenhurst Avenue.
Jamestown-based Trooper Joseph Krywalski reported observing Natalie Rosario, 19, driving down the road with no headlights on and coming to a stop in the middle of the road.
Rosario was charged with DWI after she failed several field sobriety tests. She also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana because Krywalski reported finding a gram of marijuana in the back seat of the teen’s car.
Rosario was released to a sober relative and faces further proceedings in Ellery Town Court.
