Police in Erie and Chautauqua counties arrested four people over the weekend for driving while intoxicated.
The arrests included a number of people involved in accidents, including;
• Sean J. Eschborn, 26, of Colden, who police said hit a utility pole, shearing it in half, while driving in Colden shortly after midnight Saturday. Erie County sheriff’s deputies said Eschborn had a blood alcohol level of 0.16 percent.
• Autumn L. Urbaniak, 22, of North Tonawanda, who police said was involved in a single-car accident on Grand Island early today. They said Urbaniak’s blood alcohol level was 0.11 percent. She also is accused of possessing marijuana and several packages of synthetic marijuana.
• Andee Wright of Buffalo, who Buffalo police said swerved to avoid another vehicle and hit a guard rail on the Scajaquada Expressway Saturday morning. They said Wright had a blood alcohol level of 0.18 percent.
The arrests also included an Irving woman charged with aggravated DWI.
Starlene G. Schindler, 32, was arrested by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies early today after being stopped for traffic violations on Routes 5 and 20 in the Town of Hanover.
Deputies said Schindler, who had a blood alcohol level of 0.18 percent, was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
