The nonjury animal cruelty trial for Morgan horse owner Beth Lynne Hoskins in Aurora Town Court again has hit a wall of postponements. The trial had been on hold during December, when other attorney conflicts prevented the trial from continuing.

The trial was scheduled to start again on Jan. 7, but was adjourned when Hoskins’ daughter was sick Jan. 7 and 8. Then, Hoskins was reported to be sick Jan. 10 and 11, and part of this past week.

No new court dates have been announced, as of press time.
