Town Board members last week officially abandoned several paper streets behind the Woodlwan Federal Credit Union on Bayview Road.
“Those streets were paper streets, they were never developed,” Supervisor Steven Walters said.
The streets were on property that is part of the 134-acre former Bethlehem Steel property that Krog Corp. is developing into a commercial or industrial park.
The Town Board also hired Zaxis Architectural for $140,000 to provide architectural and engineering services for the expansion of Hamburg Public Library.
