Those who are captivated by cats will have an opportunity to learn all about them Sunday and Monday, when the Canisius College Institute for the Study of Human-Animal Relations holds a symposium on the subject in the Richard E. Winter ’42 Student Center.

The event, made possible by a grant from Canisius College benefactors Al and Noura Gress, is free and open to the public. The symposium runs from 4:15 to 6:15 p.m. Sunday and 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, and will feature formal presentations, round-table discussions and open discussions led by prominent experts on cats and their nature.
