A Lackawanna man was sentenced to 60 days in jail following his fourth conviction for driving while intoxicated, Cheektowaga officials said.
Thomas Liszewski, 53, of Victoria Avenue was sentenced Friday by Cheektowaga Town Judge Paul S. Piotrowski.
Liszewski was arrested by Cheektowaga police in July 2012 after he crossed over a double yellow line on Genesee Street and drove in the oncoming turning lane near Union Road. He was charged with DWI and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content level over 0.08 percent.
At the sentencing, Piotrowski noted the conviction was Liszewski’s fourth for an alcohol-related offense.
