LOCKPORT – North Tonawanda Clerk-Treasurer Scott P. Kiedrowski and Lockport business owner Kevin J. McCabe were appointed Tuesday to fill vacant seats on the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency board of directors.

They succeed Henry M. Sloma, who resigned last week, and Joseph C Frain, who resigned last fall. The appointments were made in a vote by the County Legislature.

Kiedrowski is a veteran political figure, having served as county Republican election commissioner before winning city office.

McCabe, the longtime former chairman of the City of Lockport Zoning Board of Appeals, is owner of American Concrete of Western New York. Last week, he was named to an alternate seat on the Town of Lockport Zoning Board of Appeals.
