A Cheektowaga man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxictaed Thursday night after Erie County Sheriff’s deputies observed him failing to keep his vehicle in his lane on Broadway in Buffalo, officials said.
Christopher Kaczor, 61, scuffled with the deputies before they took him into custody. A breath test indicated his blood alcohol content level was. 18 percent – which raised the charge to aggravated DWI, officials said.
Kaczor also was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental administration and failure to stay within the lane.
He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment in city court at a later date.
