Two people shot early Saturday after a disturbance inside a Clinton Street bar spilled outside were treated in area hospitals, Buffalo police said.
A fight broke out after 3:10 a.m. in the bar at 898 Clinton, just west of North Fillmore Avenue, police said. One man said he was robbed of $600 before the thief started shooting wildly, with one bullet striking him in the head. Another man, who was shot in the stomach, said as many as three people were shooting because the shots came from different directions.
The shooters fled in a silver Ford Explorer or Mercury Mountaineer SUV, Ferry-Fillmore district officers said.
A 24-year-old man was discharged from Erie County Medical Center, and a 26-year-old man was treated in Buffalo General Medical Center and released, according to police spokesman Michael J. DeGeorge.
