A Falconer man with two previous drunken driving convictions was caught again early today, Chautauqua County sheriff’s officials said.

Jeremy P. Green, 33, was driving after 2 a.m. on Route 20 when deputies said they noticed insufficient tail lights on his pickup truck. Green was stopped by deputies who said an investigation showed Green was intoxicated. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a charge that was upgraded to a felony because of two previous convictions in the last 10 years, according to sheriff’s officials.

Green also was charged with aggravated DWI after deputies said his breath test measured a 0.18 percent blood-alcohol content or greater – more than two times the legal limit.
