1) Location: 4610 Genesee St., Cheektowaga

Price: $925,000

Buyer: GB Restaurants Inc. of Gilbert, Ariz., through GB Land Investments LLC

Seller: Mormon Church of Salt Lake City, through Deseret Mutual Employee Pension Plan Trust

Planned Use: Investment. Continued operation of a Denny's restaurant on Genesee Street, just east of Holtz Drive. Deseret Mutual Insurance Co., originally Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators, was established as a nonprofit entity in 1970 to administer the insurance and retirement plans for employees of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – the Mormon Church. The employee pension trust is a 22-year-old entity that was established by the church-owned insurer in January 1991 to hold a retirement plan, tax-sheltered annuity plan, retirement savings plan and thrift plan, including their investments. Buyer is a Denny's franchise that operates 37 restaurants in Arizona and New York.

2) Location: 551 Farber Lakes Drive, Amherst

Buyer: Daniela Gulino of East Amherst, through Figurehead Club Salon & Day Spa LLC

Seller: Charles A. Ottaviano

Planned Use: Continued operation of Figure Head Club Salon & Spa in 4,419-square-foot building on one acre in Ciminelli Real Estate Corp.'s Centerpointe Corporate Park, just west of International Drive. Built in 1987. Ottaviano is the former owner of the spa, while Gulino is the new owner.

3) Location: 3740 Sheridan Drive, Amherst

Price: $600,000

Buyer: United Auto Foreign & Domestic, through 2115 Factory Outlet Boulevard LLC of Niagara Falls

Seller: Goetz Energy Corp. of Tonawanda

Planned Use: Possible new auto body repair shop. Property is a 3,042-square-foot, single-story, freestanding masonry building that formerly housed the Jolly Roger Car Wash and gas station. Constructed in 1971 on 0.7 acres just east of Millersport Highway on the north side of Sheridan Drive. Goetz markets diesel, fuel oils, gasoline and other petroleum fuel products. Goetz removed tanks, pumps and car wash equipment from the property, making it ready for redevelopment. United Auto already operates a shop at 5139 Sheridan.

Planned Use: Uncertain. Property is a self-storage and industrial complex, with 210 self-storage units and a 36,297-square-foot warehouse building, plus additional outside storage, on 3.6 acres. Located in an Empire Zone and waterfront industrial district.

6) Location: 9851-9857 Niagara Falls Blvd., Niagara Falls

Price: $270,000

Buyer: John Mazur of Grand Island, through Regal Property Holdings LLC

Seller: Anthony F. Aversa of Lewiston, through Windsor Apartments of Niagara Inc.

Planned Use: Investment. Property is the brick-and-siding Windsor Apartments complex, a two-story, 9,880-square-foot, multi-family, garden-style apartment complex, with 10 two-bedroom townhome units. Built in 1960, on 30,771 square feet of land in the LaSalle neighborhood, at the intersection with 100th Street. Transaction represents sale of substantially all of Windsor Apartments' assets, as Aversa is retiring.

7) Location: 5949 Campbell Blvd., Cambria
