B.U.I.L.D. (Build-Unity-Independence-Liberty-Dignity) of Buffalo, a community organization dedicated to providing direction and unity to advance African-American and ethnic communities in Western New York, recently installed Charley H. Fisher III president. Fisher III is senior administrative clerk at the Erie County Legislature. Other officers are: Vice president, Charley H. Kideney Architects, a Buffalo architectural firm, named Justin Pietrzykowski an intern architect. Pietrzykowski, who was previously employed at Cannon Design in Grand Island, is working on renovations to the Buffalo VA Medical Center and Health Center. He earned his master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo.


Jennifer P. Hill an engineering technician at Foit-Albert Associates, Architecture, Engineering and Surveying, has successfully completed the NICET Transportation Engineering Technology/Highway Certification, Level I.
