A Buffalo woman was charged with first-degree burglary and first-degree robbery for her alleged role in the armed robbery of about $10,000 worth of television sets and jewelry during a noontime stickup in the city’s Black Rock section, Buffalo police reported Wednesday.

Brittany Johnson, 22, of Riverside Avenue, was arrested on Hertel Avenue by Police Officers Christopher Mordino and Michael Laun several hours after robbery at a Peter Street home, police said. Officers continue to search for two men who also took part in the heist.

The trio confronted two residents of the Peter Street home about noon Sunday, forced them inside and stole two televisions and jewelry with a combined valued of about $10,000, according to a police report.
