DUNKIRK – An eight-month investigation into crack-cocaine sales in Dunkirk led to the arrest of a Buffalo resident already serving time in the Erie County Holding Center, the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force announced.
The task force, working with Dunkirk police, charged Mikial C. Moore, 24, of Newport Street, Buffalo, with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies.
Authorities said task-force agents made undercover narcotics buys from Moore.
After learning that Moore was incarcerated in the holding center, Dunkirk police obtained an arrest warrant and transported him to the Dunkirk City Jail.
