Freddy Rodriguez, 35, of Esser Avenue, was arrested at Police Headquarters Saturday night and charged with a Sept. 9 attack on a woman.

The victim alleged Rodriguez choked her and stole her clothes as he held her against a wall.

Rodriguez was charged with second-degree strangulation, a Class D felony, along with petit larceny and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
