A 23-year-old Buffalo man was arrested Saturday on Plymouth Avenue after he passed through an intersection without stopping at a stop sign and nearly struck an Erie County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle, according to sheriff’s deputies.

Ernest Ramoslopez also was found to have 14 suspensions on his driver’s license, deputies reported. He was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and numerous traffic infractions. He had a blood-alcohol content of 0.11 percent, sheriff’s deputies said.

Ramoslopez was being held on $500 bail at the Erie County Holding Center.
