Catholic Health is sponsoring a free vascular health screening from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in Great Lakes Surgical Associates, 160 East Ave., Lockport. The screening is designed for people older than 50 who smoke or have one or more of the following medical conditions: high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease or a family history of heart disease, previous heart or leg treatments or previous stroke. The screenings are painless and take about 30 minutes. Participants must meet eligibility requirements, and appointments are necessary for the vascular screening.
