Although they are awaiting results of an autopsy, Buffalo homicide detectives do not consider the death of a 51-year-old man in his backyard on the East Side suspicious.

The man was found dead by a passerby about 10 a.m. Monday in his yard, in the 300 block of East Delavan Avenue, a police spokesman said Monday night. The man had some health issues that may well explain his death, the spokesman said, but as of now nothing has been ruled out.
