A Cassadaga man was charged with driving while intoxicated after vehicle car rolled over in a crash on Bard Road in Awkright, state police reported.

Robert Francis was traveling east on Bard when his vehicle left the road on the north shoulder, hit a ditch and rolled over. He suffered minor injuries.

After failing field sobriety tests, he was arrested and taken to the state police station in Fredonia where a breath sample showed his blood alcohol content to be .18 percent.

Francis, 47, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
