A Buffalo man faces multiple charges following a traffic stop on the Youngmann Memorial Highway in the Town of Tonawanda Friday afternoon, State Police reported.
Floyd Anderson, 55, was arrested about 4 p.m. after he was initially pulled over by troopers for failure to keep right and found to allegedly be driving while intoxicated.
During the investigation, troopers said they located a cocaine smoking pipe in the vehicle as well as a small amount of cocaine.
Anderson was taken to the Clarence barracks where, police said, his blood alcohol level was estimated to be .18 percent.
Anderson was charged with aggravated felony DWI and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released on tickets to appear in Town of Tonawanda Court at a later date.
