Buffalo police have arrested three women after an early-morning stabbing downtown, police said.

A Rochester woman was stabbed in the 200 block of Franklin Street, near West Huron Street, just after 3 a.m. this morning, police said. The three women, who were all in their 20s, had a dispute with the Rochester woman, police said.

Officers apprehended the suspects “moments after” the stabbing, police said, and also recovered a weapon.

The Rochester woman was transported to Buffalo General Medical Center where she was treated and released, police said.
