A 32-year-old Town of Tonawanda man was arraigned Wednesday on allegations he took pornographic photographs of two girls under the age of 11, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
Shawn McIntosh of Parkhurst Boulevard was charged with four counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, four counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to the office.
The defendant was further charged with subjecting both girls to sexual contact with a sexual device.
The Town of Tonawanda Police Department arrested McIntosh. He remains in custody with no bail.
McIntosh faces up to 50 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
