Rich Products appointed Ted Rich senior vice president, customer experience. Rich, who joined the company in 1995, held a series of progressive positions, most recently managing director of the company's Europe/Middle East Region. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont and a MBA from the University at Buffalo.

Catholic Health Continuing Care named Dawn Clabeaux administrator of St. Francis of Williamsville. Clabeaux, former administrator of Niagara Lutheran Home and Rehabilitation Center in Buffalo, received her bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo and her master's degree from D'Youville College. Also, Jeff Toczek was named administrator of McAuley Residence in Tonawanda. Toczek graduated from Columbia College, and earned a master's degree from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Buffalo State College.

The University at Buffalo Department of Biostatistics named Jeffrey Miecznikowski associate dean for faculty affairs and diversity of the School of Public Health and Health Professions. Miecznikowski joined UB in 2005 after earning a bachelor's degree from Canisius College, and an master's and Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University.

Niagara County Community College appointed Julia Pitman vice president for Student Services. Pitman most recently served as the dean of enrollment management at Baltimore City Community College. She holds an associate degree from the College of Southern Maryland and bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Baltimore.

Sugarman Law Firm appointed Carlton K. Brownell III a partner in the firm's Buffalo office. Brownell has 22 years of civil litigation experience. He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and he received his law degree from the University at Buffalo.

Crowley Webb, a marketing communications agency, named Lauren Rozanski an account supervisor. Rozanski previously was an account supervisor at Eric Mower & Associates. She is a Buffalo State College graduate. Also, the agency appointed Samantha Stark a media planning/buying assistant. She earned a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.

Hodgson Russ named Rajeeve Thakur an associate at the firm's Buffalo office. He will spend a significant amount of time in Toronto and eventually will take up full-time residence in the firm's Toronto office. Thakur is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Washington and Lee University School of Law.
